Legend has it that on Mars, the Turtles have grown wise enough to form an underground society with their own prophecy system. Their revered leader, The Great Shell Oracle, foresees the impending doom of their aquatic paradise.

A secret meeting was convened, and The Great Shell Oracle revealed the following prophecies:

• There will be a great flood that will turn their once-clear waters into a thick, slimy mess.
• The Martian atmosphere will soon be filled with an unbearable stench of anchovies.
• The Turtles will be forced to adapt to a new, terrestrial diet.
